About the project
In 2017, the Meitra Hospital in Calicut, Kerala, India, was opened. Private patients from all over the world can now enjoy only international-standard medical treatments in exclusive hotel-like comfort, from their rooms. The hospital excels in competence and stands out for their research centres for cardiology, vascular surgery, orthopaedics and neurology. The Meitra has more than 500 beds, including intensive care units. Another special feature: Some available beds are reserved for patients in need from the region, who are treated free of charge.
