The mobile remote access to our fire alarm system provides valuable support. We have been able to reduce the handling of fire alarms to half the time and have more security during operations. In Austria, with locations in all provinces, a 24/7 support hotline and around 200 technicians, we ensure that your service requests are processed quickly and that all measures for the maintenance of your systems are taken efficiently and in a targeted manner. Internationally, we work together with certified specialist companies and specialist technicians.
Our service portal for customers and partners is also available around the clock to retrieve details about our products and systems and access a service desk for technical inquiries.

What does fully redundant mean?
All elements of the Integral EvoxX M are duplicated. In the event of one element failing, the duplicated elements will take over operation without interruption. This complete redundancy ensures maximum fail safety.

Is it possible to combine the fire alarm control panel with an extinguishing control panel?
Yes. With Schrack Seconet, fire detection and extinguishing control are already fully integrated in a single solution — the Extinguishing Control Panel Integral EvoxX. There’s no need to combine separate products.
This offers maximum flexibility, reduced costs, and faster response times. In addition, features like the Extinguishing Assistant enable automatic basic configuration for all system sizes.
Thanks to technologies such as WAN Bridge, our systems also support secure remote access via LAN, WAN, or Intranet — for centralised monitoring and efficient service.
By the way: As unique as our combination of fire alarm control panel and extinguishing control panel is our extinguishing assistant, which enables fully automatic basic configuration for all extinguishing system sizes.

I have an old fire alarm system. Can I modernise it?
If you are already using a fire alarm system from Schrack Seconet, modernisation is usually straightforward and efficient. Our systems are fully backwards compatible, which means even older systems can be upgraded with the latest modules and functionalities. In many cases, replacing module racks or individual modules is enough to bring your system up to date. Components such as control panels or fire detectors can also be replaced or added step by step as needed.
We would be happy to advise you personally on how to make your existing Schrack Seconet system future-proof.

Is remote access to my fire alarm control panels possible?
Yes. With Integral Remote, it is possible to display and operate our fire alarm and extinguisher control panels remotely. It is the ideal solution for convenient monitoring of systems at different locations directly at the workplace. Flexible real-time notifications on a smartphone or tablet are also possible. Integral Remote supports all platforms.

Can different locations be networked with each other?
Yes. With Integral LAN, multiple systems within one building or complex (e.g. hotels, offices, industrial sites) can be networked easily and expanded at any time.
For larger or distributed sites, Integral WAN connects systems across any distance — ideal for hospitals, campuses, or public buildings. Each system remains independent, while central monitoring is possible via existing or separate networks.
Technologies like the WAN Bridge ensure secure, efficient communication.
