Fischer Brot
Bakery
About the project
It all began in 1958, in a small bakery in Kapuzinerstraße, where the Fischer family supplied the people of Linz with delicious treats. The original premises quickly became inadequate, and the operation expanded into a fully-automatic breadmaking facility. In decades that followed, the company continued to expand – in keeping with the family company's motto "productivity and quality". Fischer Brot have the same high standards for security technology as they do for their own products. It's therefore no surprise that they decided in favour of a tailor-made individual solution from Schrack Seconet.
About the solution
The area of around 13,000 m² is monitored by a CIE Integral and 250 detectors. A total of 45 linear detector sections have been installed in the production hall to ensure optimum fire safety. Additionally, the company premises are protected by a digital Closed Circuit Television System CCTV, a Secura intrusion detection control panel and the SecurAccess access control system, including escape door control and time recording. A special highlight: All systems are networked and work together perfectly.
