A former colleague of mine drew my attention to the job. It was not just the good atmosphere in the company and the open interaction between colleagues, which was evident even on my first visit to Schrack Seconet, that prompted me to accept the new challenge. To this day I can say: My gut feeling was right!

Everyday working life
As head of human resources, I'm responsible – together with my team – for ensuring that all personnel matters, such as payroll accounting, personnel administration, travel expense accounting, etc., are handled correctly. The overriding principle here is to comply with legal requirements and regulations as well as with collective agreements and internal company agreements.
In my managerial position, I also carry out consulting activities regularly. I also try to find solutions for employees when "personal challenges" impact their employment relationship.

Strong as a team
For me, professional competence, open communication and an appreciative yet also lighthearted way of dealing with each other, are important prerequisites for a strong team. I'm proud that we've been able to acheive this. Last but not least, the low turnover is a sign that I am on the right track.
