After graduating from university, I applied for a job with Schrack Seconet through a recruitment agency. Even during the course of the 3-step application process, I was able to get to know my supervisor as well as my future colleagues and also proved my English skills in a presentation. From the beginning, I had the feeling that me and not my CV was the most important thing and that people wanted to get to know me on a personal level.

On my first day of work, the positive feelings I had during my application process were confirmed. At Schrack Seconet, there is an open, very collaborative working atmosphere, which encourages working together. We meet at eye level, even across hierarchies, and always pay attention to constructive communication.

First point of contact
Together with my colleagues in product management, we're the first point of contact for the entire department, and also the interface for many other areas of the company. Each of us has their own area of responsibility. Nevertheless we also support each other and overcome many challenges together. In summary, my position can be described as a coordinating and supporting interface that communicates with different target groups in different ways.
