About the project

Business Garden Warsaw is a group of six office and commercial buildings, consisting of a 15-storey building and five seven-storey buildings. Each building has a technical floor and an underground car park. The car park has a total of 962 parking spaces as well as bicycle stands and changing rooms for cyclists. A further 153 parking spaces are located in outdoor car parks.

About the solution

Schrack Seconet equipped the offices with eight Integral IP MXF fire alarm control panels, which approximately 3,760 CUBUS MTD 533X detectors were connected to. When a building is unoccupied, the entire system is now monitored from the main security room. The SecoLOG IP software has been provided for this purpose. 1.130 input/output modules were mainly used for operating and testing fire dampers. The lift shafts were secured with 23 aspirating smoke detectors.
