With Visocall Mobile, care workers receive push notifications about calls regardless of their location and can respond accordingly. In addition to direct speech connections with patients, the app offers the option of saving calls in a reminder list.
As a mobile extension of the proven Visocall IP system, the app ensures that all relevant communication information is available and controllable even when on the move – a noticeable relief in everyday care.

Visocall Mobile displays calls in real time via push notifications and in the call overview. If a call is answered and successfully processed, this is visible in all components of the Visocall IP system, such as the staff terminal, control panel and also in the Visocall Mobile application.

How many nurses can use Visocall Mobile at the same time?
Generally, the number of users is unlimited. A Visocall Mobile licence covers 5 users, and the number of licence packages can be increased at any time.

To use Visocall Mobile, your call system must be equipped with an IP backbone. This is the case if the Visocall IP communication system is installed in your facility.
