IP applications provided by Schrack Seconet allow the retrieval of information and the operation of control panels via mobile devices.
Web-based service platform
The web-based service platform enables secured bidirectional connections between security technology systems (e.g. fire alarm control panels) and various user interfaces (e.g. smartphones) via the Internet. It also serves to offer web-based services (e.g. mail servers).
IACmobile enables the indication and operation of Integral IP fire alarm control panels via a smartphone or tablet.
Information can be obtained about the current system state, and all required alarm and status messages can be automatically sent to the required mobile devices. It is also possible to remotely switch detector zones on and off or initiate the investigation period. Of course, no unauthorised access to the fire alarm system is possible since the communication between app and fire alarm system is encrypted. Additionally, operation of the system can be optionally limited to a specific radius by means of a spatial data query.
All incoming messages are delivered via push notifications and e-mail, even if the app is not currently running. Advantages: It is possible to respond to potential hazards even before damage occurs. The app offers a decisive informational advantage, especially for unoccupied technical equipment in garages or warehouses and significantly reduces the reaction time of fire protection officers.
Multi-user supporting event logging software (such as alarms, faults, etc.) with active event indication and managing of one or several fire alarm control panels. Events are indicated via a pop-up on the monitor. With the operating panel Integral VirtualMAP, the current state of the fire alarm system is indicated and system operations can be conducted from a distance.
