Your Tasks
- Assistenztätigkeit für Vertrieb und Projektierung
- Vertragswesen (Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Anpassung und Archivierung)
- Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Angebotserstellung
- Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten
Our Requirements
- Abgeschlossene (kaufmännische und/oder technische) Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, o.ä)
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse
- Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Vorausschauende und kreative Denkweise
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
