Schrack Seconet is the market leader in the fire alarm field in Hungary and it means job security for the employees. However, it also values its employees and treats them as their main asset. Personally, I like dealing with a wide variety of tasks in my role. We enjoy facing diverse challenges and coming up with new ideas day by day.

My responsibilities at Schrack Seconet.

As the head of the Service Department budget, I am responsible for setting the annual budget of the department. I am in charge of the service divisions, a part of the design department, and the customer service and branch offices in Debrecen and Győr. Some of my main responsibilities include setting goals for each team and collaborating with team leaders to achieve them. I also set personal development goals annually and provide quarterly feedback for team leaders. Additionally, I keep in touch with our key customers and work closely with authorities. One of my primary duties is to ensure that the service we provide is always of high quality. To fulfill this role, I keep up to date with innovations both at the parent company and in the sector generally.Building team spirit and strengthening employee loyalty are also essential aspects of my job. I spend a significant amount of time achieving these objectives.

If you could be a superhero, what superpower would you have and why?
Time travel. Finding out more about the past and the future, could provide valuable insight into deeper correlation of processes.

What was your greatest achievement at Schrack Seconet?

One of the greatest achievements I have had so far was my first international project. It was in 2010 and we were trying to make a deal to sell Voice Evacuation System to Budapest Airport. It was the first time when I negotiated in English. The construction took three years in the night shift so I performed my tasks in the office during the day and supervised the construction at night. Although this was quite exhausting it was a very rewarding project which allowed me to show my expertise and commitment.

I was quite relaxed about coming to work to Schrack Seconet knowing that I had two acquaintances here. I was rather shocked to find out that both of them were on vacation and I had to face this challenge on my own. Although I was a bit scared, by the end of the day I found out how supportive and helpful all the staff was. It was challenging but also a great first day at Schrack Seconet!

How would you describe yourself in one word?

Determined. When I set a goal, I never give up. I always stay on course.
