The security industry is booming – while this is good news it also poses many challenges: Full order books plus an acute shortage of skilled workers make time a scarce commodity. This is where the Schrack Seconet Service Platform comes into play. With digital features, it facilitates the management of fire alarm systems and, in doing so, saves valuable resources. This is especially true if the digital services are used in full alongside the PREMIUM Package. The overall package includes powerful tools for maintenance and servicing – areas that are particularly time-consuming and complex when using conventional working methods, but can be optimised very easily with well thought-out digital features.


Technical prevention according to plan

The Maintenance feature set digitally supports the entire maintenance process of a fire alarm system. The many advantages are best illustrated through specific examples of customer care: When maintenance is due, the system provides a predefined maintenance log with detector or device checklist – including standard reports. Directly in the maintenance process, a photo documentation with log history can be easily created in the system and then the "operation report" can be sent digitally to the customer and signed by them. A tablet or other mobile device is fully sufficient as a technical companion. Furthermore, the tool has an integrated calendar function where the next maintenance dates and maintenance operations can be planned efficiently and in advance. This highly professional way of working has a positive impact on the company's resources and raises customer service to top level.

Also, because the availability of the systems is maximised and "predictive maintenance", i.e. the anticipatory planning of maintenance operations, is made possible as a result: It transforms into PREMIUM standard.
